Before I left Geneva for Zürich, Claire, Elizabeth, Sabrina, and I had a huge Sunday brunch!  There was sweet crêpes filled with bananas and Nutella, then savoury crêpes with roasted potatoes, and scrambled eggs.  It was absolutely a feast where afterwards the only think everyone wanted to do was take a nap.  I have to admit, that is exactly what I did.  I must have passed out on the couch for a couple hours and by the time I got up I still had to pack my bags though there still was enough time to walk around Geneva before heading to the train station.

Since there are trains that go from Geneva to Zürich twice an hour, I didn't buy a ticket ahead of time.  When Claire and I got back from our walk there was still half an hour to get to the train station and we managed to catch a tram just in time.  By the time we arrived at the Gare Cornavin there was only two minutes before my train was scheduled to depart!  Luckily I made it on the train just as the doors were closing.  Otherwise I would have had to wait another half an hour and make a connection.

I really feel like I am on the Amazing Race with all the different places that and countries that I'm going to in the short amount of time.  I quite like it though it does get a bit tiring sometimes.  Perhaps I will be able to get some rest when I get to Manchester.
